The City of Colusa is now accepting applications for 2026 Commercial Cannabis Permits.
Applications are open December 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026, in accordance with City Council Resolution 25-66, which formally established the permit timeline and procedures.

All applicants are strongly encouraged to review the ordinances and staff materials linked below before submitting.
