Finance Department

The Finance Department is responsible for Utility Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Business Licenses, Payroll and Employee Benefits and Bookkeeping. This department also provides support for the various City departments. The Finance Department is open to the public Monday through Thursday (Closed on Holidays). General office hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, the office is open through lunch.
